The bracelet itself looked really nice when it arrived, so that part was fine. The box, though, felt basic for the price, which was a little disappointing, especially since I bought it as a gift. Everything was packed safely and nothing was damaged, so I guess that’s good. I just expected it to feel a bit more special when opening it.

I was a little nervous about getting hit with some random customs charge after ordering, because that always feels so frustrating. But I paid exactly what was shown at checkout, and there were no weird extra import fees later. Such a relief.

The clasp clicks shut nicely and hasn’t popped open at all so far. Feels sturdier than my last one, although...

I wasn’t totally sure about adding the initials at first, but they actually came out really nice. It gives it a personal touch without being too much, so I’m glad I went with it.

I tried it on and the sizing wasn’t not spot on — it fit exactly how I expected. No complaints from me.

I do really like this Pig & Hen bracelet, honestly. It looks good on, has that nice solid feel, not flimsy or cheap at all, and I’ve been wearing it a lot. The only thing is the care side of it is a little more than I expected. Like, avoid water, soap, take it off for sports, that kind of thing, and I keep thinking oh right, I need to remember this isn’t one of those bracelets I can just forget about. For the price I guess I expected it to be a bit more low-maintenance, if that makes sense. Still happy with it overall, just feels like I have to be more careful with it than my other bracelets.

I placed my order and waited, but the tracking barely updated at all, so I had no clue where my parcel actually was. It did turn up eventually, but that’s not really acceptable. If a company offers tracking, it should work properly instead of leaving customers guessing. Annoying experience and not what I’d call good service.
